In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jiph" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to the jiph online gaming platform, accessible at https://jiph.asia, and all services, games, and features offered through it.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the jiph platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on jiph, through which all gaming and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all games, betting markets, promotions, financial tools, and support functions available on the jiph platform.
• "Wallet" — refers to the PHP-denominated balance associated with each jiph Account, from which deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are processed.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free spin value, or match bonus amount credited to a Player's Account by jiph under any promotional offer.
• "Real Funds" — refers to PHP amounts deposited directly by the Player via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, or any other accepted payment method.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by jiph before processing withdrawals or in response to specific account activity.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total cumulative bet amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds or related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jiph. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the jiph platform and must not register an Account or place any wager.

jiph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the jiph platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Services offered by jiph, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, sports betting, bingo, lottery, fishing games, and any other gaming or entertainment products accessible through the Platform.

To be eligible to use the jiph platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines;
3. You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform or with any regulatory body in the Philippines;
4. You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of jiph or any of its affiliated game providers;
5. Your use of the jiph platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and not in the course of any professional or commercial activity;
6. You have not previously had a jiph Account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

jiph reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on jiph. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein, including Real Funds, Bonus Funds, and pending winnings.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account on jiph, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. jiph relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jiph will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security. You must notify jiph's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to keep all Account information current and accurate at all times. Material inaccuracies in Account information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, a name that does not match your government-issued identification, or a mobile number that is not registered in your name — may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending investigation.

jiph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and player protection standards. KYC verification is required before processing your first withdrawal and may be requested at any subsequent point where jiph determines that additional identity confirmation is warranted.

The following documents may be requested as part of the jiph KYC process:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License);
• Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the last three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account or PayMaya account registered in your name);
• Any additional documentation jiph may reasonably request to satisfy its verification obligations.

jiph will process submitted KYC documents within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Failure to complete KYC verification within fourteen (14) days of the first withdrawal request will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until documentation is provided and verified.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, and Metrobank transfer. jiph does not accept deposits in any foreign currency and does not operate cryptocurrency wallets.

6.2 Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jiph is fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50). jiph does not impose a maximum deposit limit, however individual payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, bank accounts) may apply their own transaction limits which are beyond jiph's control.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by jiph on a continuous basis, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week including public holidays. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business hours depending on the receiving institution.

6.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may only withdraw funds from your jiph Wallet that are classified as Real Funds or verified winnings derived from Real Funds wagering. Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Funds. jiph reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

6.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. jiph will notify the Account holder via the registered email address thirty (30) days prior to any dormancy fee being applied. A monthly maintenance fee of fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50) may be deducted from dormant Account balances until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

jiph offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and tournament prize credits. All bonuses offered by jiph are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this Section.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a jiph Account are subject to a standard wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary — typically, slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a jiph Account expire fourteen (14) calendar days after the date of crediting if the associated wagering requirements have not been met within that period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jiph reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived therefrom where jiph has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, wagering in patterns designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising actual risk, or using automated systems or third-party software to exploit promotional mechanics.

All games available on the jiph platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's information panel. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

8.1 Random Number Generation

All jiph casino games utilise independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software to determine game outcomes. RNG outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or altered by any Player action, system setting, or previous game result. jiph does not manipulate RNG outcomes in favour of or against any individual Player.

8.2 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during gameplay, jiph will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager amount will be refunded to the Player's Wallet in full. jiph shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from game interruption due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages or mobile device issues on the Player's end.

8.3 Disputed Outcomes

If a Player disputes a game outcome, they must contact jiph's support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event occurring, providing the game name, round ID (where available), date and time of the disputed game, and a description of the dispute. jiph will investigate all formal disputes and provide a written determination within five (5) business days.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiph platform. Violation of any of the following prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on jiph;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any point during Account use;
• Using the jiph platform for any money laundering activity, including but not limited to depositing funds derived from illegal sources;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the jiph platform in a manner not permitted by jiph;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over jiph or other Players;
• Colluding with other Players on the jiph platform in any game format that involves Player-versus-Player competition;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment fraud, or reversal of legitimate deposits on jiph;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your jiph Account on your behalf;
• Using the jiph platform if you have voluntarily self-excluded through jiph or any affiliated platform.

jiph is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively promotes responsible gaming practices among all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jiph Account holders and can be activated at any time through the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum PHP deposit amounts to control your total spending on jiph;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-based alerts that notify you when you have been active on the jiph platform for a defined duration;
• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the jiph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and the Account is suspended for the duration of the exclusion period with no option to reverse within that period;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders during gameplay displaying your net session result and time played.

All content on the jiph platform, including but not limited to the brand name "jiph," the jiph logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, software, databases, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to jiph and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiph platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not confer any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jiph intellectual property without prior written consent from jiph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiph shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the use of the jiph platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of gameplay data, loss of access to an Account, or damages arising from third-party game provider errors or interruptions.

jiph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of connected claims arising from the use of the jiph platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit jiph's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by jiph's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jiph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Account in connection with any criminal activity;
• Receipt of a payment reversal, chargeback, or dispute filed through GCash, PayMaya, or any bank in connection with a jiph deposit;
• Reasonable belief that the Account is being operated by a minor;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring Account action;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Upon Account closure due to Player-initiated self-exclusion, all Real Funds held in the Account Wallet will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Upon Account closure due to breach of these Terms and Conditions, jiph reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation and may forfeit Bonus Funds in all circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and jiph arising from these Terms and Conditions or the use of the jiph platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jiph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting jiph's support team with a formal written complaint. jiph will provide a written response to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jiph's internal process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within the Republic of the Philippines.

jiph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they materially affect Player rights or obligations — jiph will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice of the change by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, sending a notification to registered Players via their Account email address.

Non-material amendments, including typographical corrections, formatting changes, and clarifications that do not alter the substantive effect of any provision, take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the jiph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

jiph will acknowledge all written complaints within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. For complex disputes involving game outcomes or withdrawal investigations, the response period may be extended to ten (10) business days, with written notification to the complainant of the extension and estimated resolution date.
